Flower quality:

We meticulously ensure that our blooms are well cared for before being couriered to you. If you find an issue with the flowers you have received, and you have looked after them as prescribed in our FAQs (and on the backs of our care cards), we will replace them. You need to be able to prove the issue with photographs or a short video.

Product images vs seasonal availability:

The images used on our website are indicative of the colour tone, design, and size of bouquet only. We work with the seasons, and we buy locally wherever possible. As such, our bouquets change naturally with the seasons – which we think is beautiful. Spring and summer bouquets typically include more flower stems, while winter and autumn bouquets include more interesting botanicals.
