Why coffee?

Since launching the studio in 2021, we have been asked many times if we have coffee. Our little space has the most beautiful old entrance, which screams coffee shop (so we get it). We were then inspired by many European-styled multidisciplinary hubs. Notably, Scarecrow in central Auckland and Mt Eden as well as The Bali Florist in Sanur. Witnessing coffee working so well with flowers in these incredible businesses made it seem a lot more achievable for us.

It then took substantial time planning and executing the lounge offering. It became evident that simple designs require the most thought. We wanted our customers to feel special and enjoy the warmth. We are proud to work with artisanal brands like Hawthorne Coffee Roasters from Havelock North. Their beans fill our space with the most incredible aroma. We also offer delicious gourmet savouries and sweets to accompany your favourite drink. Please do pop in for a brew and a browse next time you’re in town.
